FAQ

If you ordered directly from Garinemaxsmart, you’ll receive a confirmation email after you place your order which should include information about the expected ship date(s) for your items. You'll receive another email when your order ships. Check the status of your orders and shipments using the Order tracking tool on the Contact Support page.

We're not able to change shipping addresses after an order has been submitted. If you need to change the shipping address, please cancel your order and place a new order with the new shipping address.

You can cancel your order any time before it ships by contacting sales or submitting a Support Request. Please include your order number. Keep in mind that orders are shipped on a first-come, first-serve basis, and order cancellations cannot be reversed. Orders cancelled after shipment must be processed as returns.

Check your order confirmation for lead times and other information, and check the packing slip to confirm the items for each shipment. Orders may have multiple shipments, and items will ship as they are available.

Garinemax has a high standard of quality, and we aim to deliver products without damage. In the case of damage, please notify us by submitting a support request as soon as possible. Please include details about the problem, including photos of any visual damage.

Garinemax products ship from a separate fulfillment center for processing and completing orders, so we are unable to offer pick-up in lieu of shipping.

The courier will contact you in advance (please make sure to fill in the correct receiving information), you don't have to worry about not being able to receive the goods.
