How to check orders
When your order is completed, our staff will process the order and deliver it to the courier company within 1-2 working days. Normally, we will send you an email to inform you of the order status and tracking number at the same time as the delivery to the courier company.
You can directly click the tracking number to view the status of the order.
If there is no tracking number in the email you received, don't worry. This may be caused by other factors, we will update the tracking number and send an email later.
You can also use the tracking number to check the order status through the global logistics query platform.
